Using our unique in house developed simulation software combined with C.A.D. design software we can offer a tailored solution to provide the best tool to suit the customers exact specification.
Our in house design team work closely with steel manufacturers as well as customers to develop new combinations to increase tool life, higher chip loads, very high surface speeds and a improved productivity than Carbide ultimately reducing costs per part. Acedes latest development is Acealloy.
