HSS ASP 2030, ASP 2052 and 2060 or Acealloy V8, Acealloy 240 (dry cutting HSS) AS well as MC90.
The coatings availible : TIN, TICN, Futura, TICN+, Alcrona G6 and Altensa
This applies to all types of tooling we manufacture for Involute gears, splines, serrations, pulley’s, sprockets etc.

We also offer a full service for all our tools which includes re-grinding and re-coating back to the “as new” condition.
