We have seen results of up to 100% improvement in tool life using this
material on identical tools made from conventional M2, M4 or ASP2023.
Machining Data (SAE8620)
DRY at 280 Mtrs/Min (918 surface feet per minute) with a chip size of 0.160mm (0.0062").
WET in excess of 200 M/Min (796 sfpm) roughing and 300 M/Min (984 sfpm) finishing.
Flexibility

back within 24 hours. On receipt of order the finished tool will be delivered to the customer within an agreed period. In the case of an emergency an express manufacture can be purchased.
